President John Magufuli has sent a condolence message to the President of the Republic of France, François Hollande following the terror attack which occurred on November 13 , 2015 in Paris.
“On this sad moment, we stand in solidarity with you, the government and the people of France” said the President as he wished those injured a speedy recovery.
In his message that was issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the President said he has received with great shock and sadness the news of the terror attack against French citizens and football fans in Paris that occurred on November 13th 2015.
Magufuli said, “on behalf the government, Tanzanian citizens and indeed on my own behalf, our deepest sympathies to you and through you to the families of the bereaved, the people of France and the government of France”.
He said Tanzania joins all other peace loving nations in strongly condemning these heinous attacks that claimed hundreds of innocent lives.
In the nearly simultaneous attacks on Friday night, the assailants targeted six sites in Paris killing more than 100 people.
